Conference Rooms

The peaceful and private environment at Albany Lodge provides the perfect setting for meetings, conferences and corporate retreats.

Our three rooms all feature natural light, polished wooden floors, and beautiful bush views out every window.

There are a variety of break-out options, and we will help you choose the room that best suits your requirements.

The Lodge Room

Located in the main Lodge, the Lodge Room is octagonal shaped, making it very flexible for a variety of set up styles. For groups of 12 and over, it will seat up to 50 in theatre style, and can also be set up in a U-shape or Café style. It features a large vaulted ceiling, separate dining area and extensive out door decks.





The Board Room

Hidden from the rest of the Lodge, the Board Room is tucked away in the Bush and overlooks our Duck Pond.

This room is ideal for groups of 6-14, and is surrounded by Decks, with and outdoor dining area.

The Pool House

With French doors opening to the pool and bush views beyond, the Pool House provides a wonderful meeting option for smaller groups of up to six.

It can also be used as a break-out or activity room, or as a function room for a pool party at the end of your conference.
